Career Growth Opportunities Award Winning Work Environment Exceptional Benefits Offered Daily Responsibilities: As a Data Entry Associate, you will be responsible for processing all incoming healthcare claim forms sent by our client. All these claims need to be digitalized in a form provided by the company. Additional responsibilities will be to focus on imputing all details of the claim with high accuracy. Providing production services such as data-entry, document processing and scanning Receiving documents via mainframe or web-based applications. Adhere to confidentiality requirements and laws to ensure information is disseminated only to authorized individuals. Quickly adapt to business rule changes Provide support to other business operations in cases during heavy workloads or absences. People who succeed in this role: Have Data Entry experience in a fast-paced environment. Have Strong work ethic and great attention to detail. Communicate effectively in a warm and empathetic manner. Are organized and can multi-task while adapting to changing priorities. Can navigate multiple applications, and screens with ease. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to problem-solve and work in a self-guided manner. Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age or older. Must be capable of lifting 40 lbs. consistently, sometimes overhead. Must be able to clear a criminal background check. Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
