Software Quality Assurance Tester
The Software Quality Assurance Tester is responsible for ensuring that software products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, usability, and performance. They design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases based on the software requirements and specifications. They also identify, analyze, and report software defects and issues to the development team. This is a full-time... temporary position that has the potential to convert to permanent status in the future. This position is fully remote. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Review and analyze user stories and use case requirements to create test plans and test cases Perform functional, non-functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing on software products Use various testing tools and methods to automate and streamline the testing process Document and report test results, defects, and issues to the development team and stakeholders Collaborate with the development team and other testers to ensure timely and effective resolution of software issues Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the quality and usability of software products End User and UI workflow testing Collaborate closely with other departments and team members Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field At least 2 years of experience in software quality assurance testing Experience with various testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, SoapUI, TestNG, JUnit, etc. Knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, etc. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Technical Skills: Microsoft SQL Server Testing and Deployment Windows Server Document Creation and Management (PDF) Bitbucket Software Repository Jira Platform Tools Previous Experience with Legal Billing Software or Invoice Mgmt. Systems Preferred but Not Required Experience with ColdFusion and ReAcct a plus Apply Job!
