Description: FINE Airport Parking is hiring Customer Service Representatives at our Tulsa location. Our CSRs are front and center with the customer, providing a safe, seamless, and prompt parking experience while offering the highest level of customer service - the FINE Experience. Responsibilities: • Greet customers warmly and professionally. • Assist customers with parking procedures and shuttle services. • Maintain facility security and uphold company standards. • Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our services. • Process payments and assist with customer accounts. • Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional service delivery. • Perform additional duties as needed.
