Design Tailored Learning Plans:
Develop individualized learning plans tailored to the specific needs of each student.
Lead Engaging Online Sessions:
Conduct group classes and one-on-one sessions using interactive virtual learning platforms.
Customize Curriculum Materials:

Assess and Interpret Progress:

Attend virtual IEP meetings and parent-teacher conferences to discuss student progress and outline future steps. #### Qualifications Master's degree in Special Education. Valid state teaching license with a special education endorsement. Minimum of 3 years' experience in special education, preferably in an online setting. Proficiency in using assistive technology and digital learning tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to inspire and actively engage students in a virtual classroom environment. Flexibility and adaptability to the diverse needs of students.
