Call Center Representative
Agents will answer inbound calls and generate outbound calls. Agents will track and place orders,provide support for products and services and triage the customers issue. Agents will collect outstanding balances, correct verification and eligibility issues, troubleshoot, and address general customer questions. **This is a WORK FROM HOME Position; however, you MUST live LOCALLY ... $16.50 per hour + 20% shift Differential per hour after 5PM Production Schedule: Monday - Friday: 12:30P-9p & 3:30p-12a

* Experience and Skills: Minimum 2 years of data entry and call center experience. Data Entry Skills MS Office Experience. Ability to multitask across multiple systems. Chat etiquette. Good grammar Ability to type minimum of 35 WPM Attention to detail.
