Remote Customer Service Representative
Gardener's Kitchen is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to help with customer orders and support. Customer Service Representative... Answering phone calls for product and service questions; suggesting information about other products. Respond to email correspondence quickly and competently. Processing, picking and packaging orders. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed. Be a multi-tasker, switching between multiple screens and programs with speed and ease in order to provide quick and accurate information. All other basic functions(faxing, filling, record keeping and data entry). Qualifications: A pleasant, friendly attitude with an ability to adapt to change. Great attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Previous customer service experience is a plus. Must be able to work 7:00am-3:30pm M-F.
