Requirements • Previous customer service experience preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism • Strong problem-solving skills • Proficient computer skills... including knowledge of CRM software • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
