Non-Voice Customer Service Rep (Entry Level / Immediate Start / No Experience)

Were hiring Non-Voice Customer Service Representatives to provide support via chat interfaces, like Facebook Messenger, ensuring a smooth experience for users without the need for phone calls. In this role, youll use a detailed knowledge base to answer queries about products and services... often using pre-prepared responses. Training is quick and straightforward, setting you up to succeed from the comfort of your home. What you will be doing: Live chat agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. Contract length: No fixed term. Rate: $35 per hour. Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection. Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.
