Veterinary Technician Recruiter (VT Recruiter) (Remote) As a Veterinary Technician Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role within our Talent Acquisition team, collaborating closely with Veritas Hospital Leadership to align recruitment strategies with business goals. This role is dedicated to navigating the challenges of the hiring landscape, ensuring the seamless integration of top-tier talent into our expanding organization. Job Description • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Team and hospital leaders to pinpoint key recruitment needs and business objectives. • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for veterinary technician positions across designated clinics. • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the unique challenges of the current job market. • Provide outstanding service to both hiring managers and candidates by adhering to best practices in sourcing and assessment. • Utilize diverse sourcing tools including online job boards, social media, academic partnerships, and industry networks. • Drive the recruitment process to a successful, timely conclusion, ensuring a high level of satisfaction among all stakeholders. • Act as an enthusiastic brand ambassador at various recruitment events nationwide • Perform other related tasks as necessary. • This position is fully remote. Required Education & Skills • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or significant experience in recruitment may substitute for the degree requirement. • A minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, particularly in high-volume environments or within the veterinary sector. • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, evolving environment. • Highly adaptable and flexible. • Solution-oriented with a creative approach to problem-solving. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong customer service orientation with a professional, friendly demeanor. • Keen ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple responsibilities. • High level of attention to detail and superb organizational skills. • Skilled in building professional relationships. • Consistently handles sensitive information with discretion. • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods.
