Qualifications: • Experience: Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar). Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus. • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Organization: strong organizational and time-management abilities. • Attention to Detail: high attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. • Problem-Solving: Ability to proactively address issues and provide solutions. • Confidentiality: Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for content creation. • Knowledge of social media platforms and marketing strategies.
