Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving issues related to point-of-sale devices and other IT equipment. We offer flexible schedules with afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts, making it an ideal role for students managing academic commitments. ? *Key Responsibilities:** - Provide remote IT support to retail clients - Troubleshoot and resolve issues with point-of-sale devices - Assist with basic IT inquiries and support requests - Document and track support requests in a ticketing system - Ensure timely resolution of issues to maintain client satisfaction ? *Qualifications:** - Must be 18 years or older.
