Data Entry Specialist Remote

Data entry associate to record and verify data from source documents into various databases. Responsibilities include processing data from our sales team, entering product and customer data into our inventory management and customer databases.

Responsibilities

Use technical skills to collect and process well-managed data received from multiple sources Accurately and efficiently enter product and customer data into our inventory and sales platforms Assist our outside sales team with quotation requests by gathering information Assist with data-related projects including clean-up and verification of existing data Manage customer accounts including updating customer files and records Proactively develop a thorough understanding of our products, services, industry, and customer needs Communicate with customers via phone and email to accurately handle customer inquiries, provide quotes, troubleshoot customer concerns, and process orders Skills Ability to maintain and work with large... data sets Excellent attention to detail Ability to manage workflow and improve productivity Ability to prioritize and organize effectively Strong logical reasoning skills Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment Strong Excel and Microsoft Office competency Willingness and ability to learn new technologies Excellent attention to detail Salesforce and QuickBooks experience preferred but not required Ability to communicate professionally with customers and vendors via email and phone Use basic math accurately: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
