Call Center Agent
## Job Summary As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance. You will primarily handle outbound calls and with the goal of transferring the call to a sales floor. ## Responsibilities - Automated Dialing System will be provided - Must have the ability to make 300 outbounds per day - Must have the ability to work from home, computer and fast internet required - Must be able to read script well and excel at persuading customers to transfer to a sales agent ## Experience - Proficient in English; fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus - Prior experience in sales, or call center environments is preferred - Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers - Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail Job Type: Full-time Pay: $2,688.00 - $6,250.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Referral program Work from home Shift: 8 hour shift Day... shift People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: Remote Apply Job!
