Responsibilities
Engage with parents, students, and community members through live chat, addressing inquiries and providing accurate information about school services and programs. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with users, ensuring a positive customer experience. Document and track chat interactions, including queries, feedback, and resolutions, to help improve service quality. Collaborate with other school departments to escalate complex issues and ensure timely follow-up. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on school policies, programs, and services. Monitor and report trends in customer inquiries to help improve overall communication strategies.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or education-related fields is a plus. Strong written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in customer service is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential.
