Monitor and document student progress, adjusting IEPs as necessary to ensure academic and developmental growth. Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and other professionals through virtual platforms to support student success. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or a related field. Valid teaching certification in Special Education in the state of Alabama. Experience working with children with diverse learning needs, preferably in a virtual environment. Strong understanding of individualized education programs (IEPs) and special education laws.
