  • * Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • * Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • * Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • * Experience in a remote working environment is a plus.
  • * Familiarity with American Express products and services is an advantage.
