This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while making a significant impact on our customers experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner
- Educate customers about American Express products and services
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and policies
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficiency with CRM software and other customer service tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelors degree is preferred
- Previous customer service experience, particularly in a virtual environment, is a plus
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role, with a preference for experience in financial services
- Experience working remotely is highly desirable
Working Hours:
- Full-time position with flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate customer needs
