Job Responsibilities: • Handle calls efficiently, providing responsive service to client inquiries. • Assist clients in selecting the most suitable health plans, providing education on managed care. • Guide clients through the enrollment and disenrollment process, ensuring all forms are completed accurately. • Follow up with clients via email as needed to ensure satisfaction and completion of the enrollment process.
