Controller - REMOTE - Healthcare! Headquartered in Arizona (open to someone 100% remote), we are centered around prioritizing mental health! We provide therapists, psychiatrists and psychologists who are ready to assist those in need. We have been in business for over 6 years and are continuing to grow and expand at a rapid pace! The Controller for our healthcare company will be responsible for... overseeing the financial operations and reporting for our organization. This role will be fully remote, allowing the candidate to work from anywhere. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial reporting and analysis, internal controls and compliance, cash management, and treasury functions in the healthcare industry. They must also have strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team, as well as strategic planning abilities to guide our company's financial decisions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are necessary to collaborate with various departments and external partners. The candidate must also have a strong understanding of GAAP and regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry, as well as experience with accounting software and financial systems.
