Remote Customer Service Representative

C&F Plumbing and Heating of Sparta, NJ is looking to hire a full-time Remote Customer Services Rep to join our team! Do you have a quick wit, thick skin and a golden phone voice? We have a job you will love. As our Customer Service Rep, you will have control over booking service calls and making our customers smile. Additional duties include a making outbound calls to follow up on service, set... up inspections, handling customer inquiries, and a variety of administrative responsibilities to help a small plumbing company grow. The right candidate is passionate, upbeat, detail oriented and confident. You must be someone others would describe as a “people person”. Experience in marketing, photography and social media is preferred. Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. • Provide accurate information about our plumbing services, products, and pricing. • Assist customers with scheduling appointments, dispatching technicians, and addressing emergency situations. • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate departments when necessary. • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions. • Ensure customer satisfaction by actively listening, empathizing, and taking ownership of their concerns. • Document customer interactions and keep detailed records of inquiries, comments, and actions taken. • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, address recurring customer issues, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.
