Launched in 2012, Amex Offers is a digital advertising platform that connects Merchants and brands, with the tens of millions of American Express Card Members across the globe. The Amex Offers team develops strategic marketing partnerships that deliver unique differentiated value for Merchants and Advertisers to reach these high-spending Card Members in the digital channels where they engage with American Express, delivering deep insights and maximizing results. Through this complete marketing solution, we can help advertisers get laser-focused on who our mutual customers are, what they want, and how we can meet their needs. How will you make an impact in this role? We are looking for an Analyst to help grow Amex's Smart Offers Partnerships (SOP) platform - a data sharing program that enables third-party loyalty programs to issue rewards based on American Express Card purchases. As a revenue driving program, this position will lead execution for new platform and partner growth opportunities while also owning SOP business operation functions including compliance reviews. Key Responsibilities • Assist with contract negotiations, navigating partner requests, and gaining alignment with key business partners. • Monitor and evaluate platform's performance metrics to guide program strategy. • Lead internal and external communications to advise, collect and submit required information for Amex compliance and oversight procedures. • Coordinate across teams to craft, deliver and track Smart Offers associated invoices. • Guide program strategy by conducting qualitative and quantitative market research. Preferred Qualifications • Strong project management skills, including the ability to clearly advise on progress, roadblocks, and successfully drive project momentum. • Ability to build relationships, both internally and externally, that efficiently identify and deliver on mutual goals. • Experience identifying inefficiencies and growth opportunities and recommendations for change. • Passion for payments innovation and new digital trends. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel queries, formulas, and data manipulation. • Strong communication and analytical background. • 1-2 years of relevant experience in a marketing or strategy team. • Experience in partner management a plus. Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
