About The Role We're in search of a strategic, data-driven YouTube Product Manager to spearhead the creation and optimization of engaging, discoverable video content. As the custodian of our YouTube channel's success, you'll drive viewer and subscriber growth, enhance engagement levels, and align with our overarching business objectives. Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in attracting prospective team members to join the company and in amplifying our message through videos that promote inner peace within humanity. Responsibilities • Craft & Own Our YouTube Content Strategy: Develop a clear vision and roadmap for our YouTube channel, aligning it with our marketing, messaging, and business goals. • Audience Research & Insights: Conduct thorough audience research to comprehend viewer preferences, trends, and competitor landscapes. • Content Ideation & Planning: Collaborate with creative teams to generate engaging video concepts tailored to our target audience. • Content Prioritization & Optimization: Evaluate video ideas based on data insights, ensuring an optimal blend for maximum audience engagement. • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Analyze channel metrics to identify areas for improvement and devise strategies for enhancement. • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to inform content decisions and optimize video elements for maximum impact. • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep abreast of the latest YouTube trends and best practices, infusing innovation into our content strategy. • Collaboration & Communication: Foster collaboration across various teams to ensure seamless content creation and execution. Qualifications • 4 years of experience in YouTube channel management and content strategy. • Demonstrated success in growing YouTube channels, enhancing viewership, and driving engagement. • Proficiency in YouTube analytics and a knack for translating insights into actionable strategies. • Familiarity with SEO best practices, keyword research, and video optimization techniques. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams. • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in line with our content calendar. • Passion for video content creation and a keen understanding of prevailing YouTube trends. • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Proficiency in Scrum and Sprint principles is advantageous. • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a cohesive team of Collaborative Partners.
