This is a remote position. Millennial Assistants is looking to expand our team to include a part-time virtual assistant... This is a very part-time role with the potential to grow. 5-10 hours a week to start. Who you are: ? You have an entrepreneurial spirit and an excitement for making a difference in the world by helping grow small businesses ? You have excellent attention to detail and a desire to produce high-quality, accurate work - your friends and clients would enthusiastically label you a perfectionist! ? You have an understanding of how being an independent contractor works - you are your own business ? You're a self-starter who frequently says, "I don't know how to do that, but I'll figure it out!" ? You're tech savvy and require minimal oversight ? You take pride in your ability to create your own systems and processes to increase efficiency and accuracy Responsibilities may include: Managing Email Inboxes Creating & Sending Invoices Following Up on Travel Arrangements Assisting with the Payroll Process Corresponding with Clients and Clients' Clients Light CRM Administration Other Duties as Assigned Requirements ? Must be 18 years or older ? Must be a self starter who requires little direction or oversight (there's a lot of creative freedom here!) ? Reliable internet connection ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills ? Must be able to accurately type at least 50WPM ? Extreme attention to detail ? Knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace ? Basic understanding of databases ? Strong organizational and time management skills, works efficiently ? High commitment to maintaining confidentiality ? Ability to pass Millennial Assistants skills assessments and tests Benefits ?
