We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Specialist. Think of it as an advanced Content Creator, who specializes in creating engaging content for TikTok and Instagram Reels and uses data to drive team decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the latest trends and strategies for these platforms. Your main responsibilities will include brainstorming and... executing concepts for videos that are entertaining, informative, and shareable. The content should be visually appealing and optimized for maximum engagement. We don't know what will catch on so we want to push out 15-25 videos every day, and respond to 20-40 comments and mentions throughout the day. We estimate approximately 3 hours per day, or 25 hours per week.
