As a service delivery analyst on the Service Desk, you will support internal customers from Sourcing, Planning, Accounts Payable and other Business Units in their Procure-to-Pay activities. This support spans global scale operations. As a service delivery analyst, you will… • Achieve Results: Develop fluency in several systems (including Oracle, Ariba/SAP, Aravo, Pega, and Zendesk), supporting triage activities within Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workstreams. • Live our Mission & Values: Embrace a growth mindset and actively support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) leadership in sustaining a culture of growth, innovation, and adding value to customers and shareholders. • Help Others Succeed: Act as a key contributor in resolving complex or expediated requests, where end to end ownership and analytical skills are needed to provide solutions. We’d Love To Hear From People With • Functional knowledge and understanding of ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) 2-3 years’ experience. • Experience in developing and using complex SQL queries or other similar data base tool 2-3 years. • Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities. • Working knowledge of supplier lifecycle management, supply chain operations, contracting practices, and purchasing practices or invoicing practices As a Starbucks partner, you (and your family) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, and other voluntary insurance benefits. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
