We depend on our Customer Service Professionals to represent our brand & services while helping our customers reach their goals. You will be an advocate to customers reaching out for support, fielding inbound calls, troubleshooting inquiries, and solving customer needs & concerns. Full-time hours: Monday - Thursday 12:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., Friday 10:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.; every other Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Part-time hours: 20 - 35 hours per week. Hours: Monday - Thursday 2:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., Friday 12:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.; Every other Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Various split shifts available upon request. *Location:** *This opportunity is open to candidates who reside within the states of South Dakota, Iowa, or Minnesota ONLY, and whose home address is within 100 miles of our physical PREMIER Bankcard location.** Use this link to check the distance between your home and our physical location to confirm your eligibility! *Technology** PREMIER to provide the PC Headset will be provided by PREMIER PREMIER to provide telephone and Vonage box High speed internet access, DSL connection or cable modem is required (
