Representative (Remote, Multiple Locations) Job Summary:We are seeking dedicated and motivated Virtual Customer Support Representatives to join our remote team. As a customer support representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve issues, provide information, and ensure a seamless DoorDash experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Go the extra mile to engage customers and ensure their satisfaction
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role
- Experience in a remote working environment is a plus
Working Hours:
- Full-time positions with flexible working hours
- Availability to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using computers and software applications
