Video Editor - YouTube and Social Media (Non-Remote)

Summary: Lightning Media is looking for a talented individual who is skilled in video editing and graphic design to edit videos and create video assets for Social Media and YouTube channels... We primarily create content and edit for gaming YouTube channels, and we are expanding to clients within other genres. Channels for reference: https://www.youtube.com/blitzkriegsler https://www.youtube.com/@SimplyChris https://www.youtube.com/@InternDotGif Job Duties: • Collaborate with team members to develop, edit, and produce 7-14 professional quality videos each week • Edit raw video game recordings into engaging YouTube content • Process and balance audio tracks • Identify key moments in video recordings to continue a storyline • Maintain and develop a consistent video identity and branding • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple videos and projects • Create shorter video clips to post to other social media sites (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) Competencies and Skills: • Expert level use of the Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, and or After Effects as well as Davinci Resolve • Ability to use Google Drive - with appropriate upload speeds • Creative drive to create engaging family friendly entertainment • Knowledge of chroma key and green screen • Great time management skills with the ability to multitask • Ability to have a fluid daily work schedule • Passion for a wide variety of online media Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.50 - $22.50 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • Health insurance • Paid time off Schedule: • 8 hour shift Application Question(s): • Please link your social media accounts.
