Epiq Systems Class Action business operates a call center to handle potential claimant inquiries and claims. The incumbent for this position is responsible for answering inbound and outbound calls, processing email, chat and callback interactions. MUST HAVE YOUR OWN COMPUTER AND INTERNET**
