As an Outbound Call Center Representative, you'll handle a high volume of outbound calls, averaging 60 to 80 per hour, following a structured script. You'll also assist inbound inquiries from customers seeking insurance quotes. Matching callers with suitable Insurance Companies, you'll thrive in a dynamic environment, meeting, and exceeding targets with strong communication skills. Location: This is a remote position; however candidates must be local to Memphis, TN. and available to work during the hours of M-F 7a-9p and occasional Saturdays in the Central Time Zone. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided scripts. Engage with prospects in a professional and courteous manner. Clearly communicate product/service features and benefits. Qualify leads and set appointments for sales representatives. Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system. Meet or exceed daily/weekly call quotas and performance metrics. Requirements: Previous experience in outbound call centers or telemarketing highly preferred. Excellent verbal communication skills and phone etiquette. Ability to follow scripts while also adapting to customer responses. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
