The candidate will be accountable for entering and updating data with precision and swiftness, while also assuring that the information is accurate and consistent with our company's guidelines... Duties & Responsibilities: Review 40-60 work orders, review and analyze field reports, and make updates to work orders accordingly. Receive and process invoices for payment and update invoice details accordingly Generation of template files and downloading and per-processing of multiple datasets in Excel. Send manager weekly progress report on closed work orders. Requirements: High school diploma. Good command of English. Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed. Proficient touch typing skills. Schedule: Flexible work hours.
