Job Summary: Owl is seeking a Digital Content Marketing Specialist for a part-time contract to assist in the development, execution, and measurement of Owl’s digital demand generation and market awareness campaigns, including social media, email, and web content. The ideal candidate has a proven background in social media and email campaign strategy, content development, and automation, a thorough knowledge of digital marketing techniques and tools, and a creative spark with a keen eye for detail. This role will take a hands-on approach to drive brand visibility and awareness, absorbing and communicating brand and product value using a variety of creative, measurable, digital approaches to government and commercial markets. In addition, the Digital Content Marketing Specialist will perform KPI measurement and regular reporting on digital campaigns. (It is possible that the position may convert to full-time later in the year.) Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Social Media (LinkedIn & X) • Curate posts, ensuring quality and consistency, with the goal to exponentially build engagement. • Research & identify influential groups, companies, people to follow & engage and build follower base. • Comment, like, and share on relevant posts from Owl followers and influencers. • Monitor social media metrics and prepare monthly reports. • Content Creation • In conjunction with design team, create short form, digestible written, visual, and video content for use in the Owl blog, social media, digital ads, and other media. • Develop copy for brochures and other corporate marketing content. • Create PowerPoint presentation content for various marketing/sales/product purposes. • Digital Campaign Measurement • Create campaign dashboards to maintain visibility across all campaign elements. • Track and adjust campaigns as necessary according to KPIs. • Create and review a regular cadence of reports with leadership. • Other activities as appropriate/time allows. Requirements/Qualifications: • 3+ years in digital marketing platforms, corporate social media management, and marketing content development. • Ability to distill and articulate complex technical messaging to varied audiences. • Established knowledge of digital marketing analysis and reporting. • Ability to self-motivate, multi-task, prioritize, and adapt and thrive in an agile team environment. • Obsessive attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude. • Strong research, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Knowledge of HubSpot, WordPress, and Google marketing tools a big plus.
