Sales Operations Analyst

Job Title: Sales Operations Analyst Location: Remote - Anywhere in the US) W2 Contract duration: 4 months - likely to extend Pay: $28 - $34 / hr + benefits Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with Sales Managers, Sales Operations, and Sales Insight teams to support our sales efforts by providing timely and accurate analytics. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the US. Responsibilities: • Provide timely sales analytics, including pipeline analysis, best practices, and sales results, to sales reps and managers. • Identify problem areas and pain points within the sales organization and collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions. • Work with internal teams to resolve open items and close deals efficiently. • Support end-of-quarter sales efforts by assisting in driving sales orders and approvals through internal processes. • Assist sales team with... processing needs related to internal systems and processes. • Share knowledge and best practices with other Sales Operations Managers to facilitate standardization across the sales organization. • Plan and implement projects for account and territory selection to optimize the sales team for future planning. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Math, or Statistics. • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or a similar analytical role. • Experience with financial and project data analysis. • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and data modeling. • Proficiency in Executive level PowerPoint and reporting systems like PowerBI. • Excellent analytical and communication skills. • Ability to create and maintain cross-functional relationships. • Salesforce CRM experience is a plus.
