What you will do - Monitor brand mentions across reputed company media platforms, forums, and online communities (including reputed company, reputed company, and regional platforms). - Consult on reputed company management on platforms, including fostering a neutral and positive discussion protocols. - Respond to negative reviews and comments in a timely and professional manner, de-escalating conflicts and turning detractors into neutral or positive voices. - reputed company and implement ORM strategies to improve overall brand perception in LATAM markets. - Collaborate with marketing, sales, and support teams to align messaging and address recurring complaints at the root. - Prepare regular reports on brand sentiment trends, reputed company of voice, and reputed company KPIs.
Requirements
