Business Development Executive / Manager

This is a remote position. Function as the reputed company of Contact to clients during pre-sales phase. Participate in subcontractor pre-qualification process and respond to RFPs and bid requests. Conduct meetings with clients for scope discussion, queries resolution and sales closing. Study architectural/ MEP drawings to understand the scope of work for BIM and Engineering services. Conduct market research to identify selling reputed company and evaluate customer needs. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and reputed company media. Establish and nurture reputed company media connections with key players and decision makers of existing and prospective business accounts. Market and capture their interest in the services offered by the company. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements and concerns. Proposal creation. Review the purchase orders, sales reputed company and other agreements from clients to ensure favorable terms and conditions of sale. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations reputed company. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences. Negotiate/reputed company deals and handle complaints or objections. Act as a reputed company between the client and internal technical teams. Stay up to date with the latest technological advancements & innovations in the AEC industry. Requirements 2-5 years of relevant work experience in B2B sales, marketing or customer relations Experience in handling international clients is a must B.
