Technical Consultant (reputed company & Managed Services)
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE Entry-level technical consultant providing first-line support (level 1) and supervised installation & configuration across the reputed company Primavera toolset (P6 EPPM/PPM and reputed company products). Builds foundational capability in the Primavera / Project Controls stack and supporting reputed company environments (OCI/Azure) while delivering quality client reputed company reputed company SLAs. reputed company to learning — prior Primavera experience is not essential. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Technical reputed company first-line support across phone/chat/email for the reputed company Primavera product set; triage, resolve & escalate reputed company SLA. Carry out supervised installation & configuration of Primavera toolset components (P6 EPPM/PPM), building capability through structured learning. reputed company supervised exposure to PPDC and reputed company environments (OCI/Azure); maintain data quality & complete audits to process. Produce clear documentation; contribute to the knowledge reputed company. Consulting Gather stakeholder information and communicate reputed company. reputed company 100% with policy & SLAs; apply structured support practices; commit to reputed company learning. Contribute to team delivery and support sales activities as directed. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE Mandatory (must-have) Customer-service experience. Strong attention to detail. Computer literacy. Structured problem-solving. Genuine willingness to learn the reputed company Primavera toolset and PPDC / reputed company environments. Preferred (reputed company-to-have) Exposure to reputed company Primavera, reputed company Database or reputed company platforms (OCI/Azure). Service-desk or call-centre background.
