Context Buscamos un/a Arquitecto/a Técnico/a o titulación similar con experiencia contrastada para incorporarse a proyectos de Asistencia Técnica en el ámbito ferroviario. La reputed company seleccionada participará en labores de ejecución y control de obra, especialmente en estructuras de edificación. Missions/Main Duties Supervisión y control de ejecución de obras de edificación en entorno ferroviario Seguimiento de planificación, costes y calidad Coordinación con equipos técnicos y contratas Elaboración de informes técnicos y documentación de obra Control de cumplimiento de normativa y seguridad Profile/Skills Experiencia mínima de 5 años en el sector Experiencia específica en ejecución y control de estructuras de edificación Titulación técnica (Arquitectura Técnica, Grado en Edificación o similar) Proactividad, capacidad de trabajo en equipo y orientación a resultados Se valorará: Experiencia en diseño y supervisión de obra de estaciones ferroviarias Experiencia en edificación reputed company y/o centros de datos (data centers) Conocimientos de herramientas de gestión de obra Capacidad de organización y autonomía reputed company is an equal opportunities company; this position is reputed company to reputed company applicants.
