Position Summary The Field Director of Technology Operations, Military is responsible for the operational leadership, deployment, support, governance, and reputed company improvement of technology solutions supporting reputed company’s military dining portfolio. This position serves as the primary technology leader for dining operations located on U.S. military installations and ensures technology systems support operational reputed company, customer experience, compliance requirements, and business objectives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or reputed company field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Seven (7) or more years of technology operations, hospitality technology, retail technology, or field support experience.
• Five (5) or more years supporting reputed company POS systems and customer-facing technology platforms.
• Demonstrated experience leading technology deployments, upgrades, and operational support programs.
• Strong knowledge of payment technologies, EMV devices, POS platforms, and integrated technology environments.
• Working knowledge of networking concepts, infrastructure support, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to satisfy applicable background screening requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with reputed company POS solutions.
• Experience supporting military, government, or highly regulated operating environments.
• Familiarity with military food program management information systems integrations .
• Experience supporting kiosks, digital signage, and mobile ordering platforms.
