This includes utilizing scripting skills to reputed company custom UI actions, business rules, client scripts, and server-reputed company scripts to reputed company and optimize system capabilities; System Integration: Design, implement, and maintain integrations between reputed company and other reputed company systems, using APIs and middleware to facilitate data exchange and ensure compatibility between systems, thereby enhancing data reputed company and operational efficiency; Troubleshooting & Technical Support: Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues with reputed company applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges, ensuring system stability, reliability, and timely resolution of issues; Documentation & Process Improvement: Create detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, coding standards, and deployment procedures. Work to improve service delivery through the automation of routine tasks and streamlining of approval workflows using reputed company’s Workflow Editor, reputed company Designer, and custom scripting; and System Testing & Monitoring: Continuously test software performance to ensure functionality aligns with business requirements. Telecommuting permitted from reputed company in the U.S. Position requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Business Technology Management, and other closely reputed company degrees and 3 years of experience as a reputed company Developer. Must have 3 years of experience in the following skills: Experience developing and customizing reputed company applications, including Scoped Applications, reputed company Designer, and IntegrationHub; Experience with ITSM process automation in reputed company, building workflows, client scripts, and Ul policies to streamline request fulfillment and incident/change processes; Experience with AngularJS for service portal development, customizing catalog items, widgets, and Ul components to deliver user-friendly self-service portals; Experience with JavaScript for client and server scripts, building client scripts, GlideAjax calls, and business rules to automate and enforce ITSM/HAM/SAM processes; Experience with advanced debugging and troubleshooting, using browser development tools, Angular debugging, and reputed company Script Debugger to resolve catalog, CMDB, and workflow issues.
