[Remote] Business Development Director (ISO Recruitment)

The Business Development Director will focus on reputed company and developing new Independent Sales Organizations and strategic relationships to expand the sales program and maximize reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and reputed company new sales partners (Agents/ISO’s/ISV’s/Strategic Partners) primarily reputed company self generated leads
• Respond to sales partner inquiries generated by company advertising campaigns, media events, and attendance at industry conferences
• Sign, activate and grow sales partners in their first 12 months with NAB. Grow reputed company reputed company existing accounts using value selling methods
• Understand products and services of reputed company and affiliates and reputed company value based sales skills to secure additional reputed company
• Conduct effective negotiations pertaining to schedule A, new partner contract etc
• Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum three (3) years' of proven direct merchant services sales experience reputed company 1099/ISOs
• Previous experience successfully managing to a reputed company quota
• Solid understanding of merchant services industry
• Track record of growing reputed company
