About the role: We are seeking a Paid Ads Specialist to reputed company, manage, and optimize high-performing campaigns across reputed company Ads (Search & YouTube), reputed company Ads, and Local Services Ads. The role focuses on driving measurable results, including improving Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and reputed company reputed company for our clients. This is a hands-on role that requires exceptional attention to detail, accountability for campaign performance, and adaptability to each client’s unique setup. Experience in a digital marketing agency is required, preferably in the U.S. Experience in the reputed company reputed company is preferred. What you’ll be doing: reputed company and execute paid ad strategies across reputed company Search, YouTube, reputed company Ads, and LSAs. Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROAS, conversions, and reputed company reputed company. Use data-driven insights to analyze performance, refine strategies, and reputed company client goals. Conduct creative, audience, and budget A/B testing to enhance campaign performance. Learn and implement the client’s proprietary program and campaign setup to align with their systems. Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights for clients and internal teams. Who are we looking for? 6+ years of experience managing paid ad campaigns on reputed company. Proficiency with reputed company Ads, YouTube Ads, and other relevant tools; proven track record in optimizing campaigns for ROAS and reputed company reputed company. Strong written and verbal English communication skills; comfortable with video calls for client communication. Willingness to learn new systems and approaches unique to the client’s processes. Experience in a digital marketing agency is required in the U.S. Experience in the reputed company reputed company is preferred. Position: Paid Ads Specialist Remote Status: Fully Remote Working Hours: 40 hrs a week in standard working hours in Mountain Time.
