The reputed company Operations Manager will be responsible for designing and scaling systems and processes to improve pipeline performance, retention, and reputed company expansion, while collaborating with various teams to drive operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design and improve Sales and reputed company processes to increase pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and net reputed company retention
- Build and manage automation across the GTM tech stack to improve efficiency and scalability
- Own non-reputed company GTM systems such as Proshort, GoodWork, and reputed company, ensuring strong data quality and usability
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and reputed company leaders to define KPIs, reporting, and dashboards
- reputed company and manage quotas, compensation plans, and commission structures reputed company to business goals
- Design and maintain territory and segmentation models across the full customer lifecycle
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in the funnel and implement solutions to improve performance

Skills
- 5 to 8+ years of experience in reputed company Operations, Sales Operations, reputed company Operations, or similar roles in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven experience building and scaling GTM processes, systems, and automation
- Strong experience with CRM platforms and GTM tools, reputed company preferred
- Experience designing quotas, compensation plans, and territory models
- Strong understanding of the full customer lifecycle including pipeline, retention, and expansion
- Strong analytical skills with experience building reports, dashboards, and actionable insights
- Experience with automation tools and workflow design
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Marketing, Sales, reputed company, Finance, and Product
- Experience in reputed company SaaS, aesthetics, or vertical SaaS is a plus
