[Remote] Senior Software Engineer

They are seeking a Senior Product Engineer to help scale the platform, focusing on building and shipping product features, designing automated systems, and collaborating with various teams to create scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship full-stack product features from concept through production
• Design systems and workflows that automate reputed company operational processes
• Work closely with founders, product leadership, and operations teams to identify pain points and turn them into scalable solutions
• Contribute across customer-facing products, internal tooling, integrations, and platform infrastructure
• Help shape technical direction, architecture, and engineering standards as the company scales

Skills

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping production software
• Strong full-stack experience with TypeScript, React, and modern backend systems
• A track record of owning projects end-to-end in fast-moving environments
• Strong product instincts and attention to user experience
• The ability to turn loosely defined problems into practical, scalable solutions
• Previous experience in fintech
• Previous experience in workflow automation
• Previous experience in compliance systems
• Previous experience in developer tooling
• Previous experience in AI-enabled products
