Your Role You are organized, process-oriented, and take pride in running a tight operation — you reputed company the intake queue moving and reputed company falls through the cracks. Qualifications

Experience coordinating cross-functional projects or workflows with multiple stakeholders and moving parts. High attention to detail and comfort managing multiple active workstreams simultaneously. Ability to work independently on defined processes while escalating blockers early and communicating proactively. Experience working with content libraries, tracker tools, or intake systems. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.
