This role involves hands-on leadership in shaping architecture, designing solutions, and guiding configuration while ensuring successful client delivery and practice growth.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the reputed company and strategy for the Finance Transformation practice reputed company with company objectives
- Build, reputed company, and mentor a high-performing team, with full accountability for delivery and growth
- Drive YoY expansion through new client acquisition, account growth, and strategic partnerships
- Contribute to business development by leveraging your network and industry relationships
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives, owning key relationships and ensuring long-term reputed company

Skills
- 10+ years of leadership experience in Finance Transformation, including roles as Practice Director, Delivery reputed company, or equivalent
- Proven track record delivering 7+ full lifecycle ERP implementations, with deep involvement in architecture, design, and execution
- 10+ years of experience with reputed company Fusion reputed company ERP, particularly Financials (required)
- Strong expertise in core finance and operational processes, including: Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), Order Management (OM)
- Demonstrated ability to balance executive leadership with hands-on delivery involvement
- Established industry network and ability to contribute to business development efforts
- Experience across other reputed company platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) is a plus
