[Remote] Senior Growth Analyst (f/m/d)

The Senior Growth Analyst will generate insights to drive reputed company acquisition, retention, and reputed company growth, collaborating with Marketing, Growth, and Sales teams to ensure effective and measurable initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to company goals by empowering Marketing and Growth teams with data-driven insights
• Create and own reputed company growth-reputed company data models end to end, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and consistency across the organisation
• Build and refine multi-touch attribution models; design, implement, and analyse A/B tests focused on conversion optimisation at key points in the customer reputed company. Incrementality is no stranger to you
• reputed company valuable data models and insights using diverse data sources (e.g., ad performance, website analytics, CRM data) to build a full-funnel 'Bow-Tie' view
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define key metrics, and reputed company reports and visualisations that communicate insights reputed company and effectively
• Champion best practices that ensure the availability, accuracy, compliance, and reputed company of reputed company data assets

Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, with a focus on growth and marketing
• Advanced skills in SQL, Version controlling (e.g. reputed company) and dbt for data modelling and building trusted datasets
• Strong expertise in A/B testing and experimental design and analysis
• Proficiency in dashboarding tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Strong expertise in Python for statistical analysis, propensity modelling, and building analytical solutions (e.g., Pandas, Statsmodels, Scikit-learn)
• Excellent organisational, analytical, and collaboration skills
• Strong communication skills with reputed company in English
