Responsibilities

• Developing the Transformation reputed company: Collaborate with CFO leadership team to create a compelling, well-defined finance transformation reputed company that aligns with the broader organizational strategy and identifies opportunities for value creation
• Stakeholder Engagement: Establish a stakeholder management strategy to secure buy-in and support from key stakeholders. This includes engaging with business leaders early in the process to foster collaboration and address concerns
• Change Management: Partner closely with Finance, reputed company, IT, HR, and Operations leaders on effective change management while harmonizing processes and ensuring alignment and adoption of new tools and standards

Skills

• Typically 12–15+ years of reputed company experience in Finance, Program Finance, or Financial Operations, with at least 5 years leading reputed company-wide finance transformation initiatives

• Proven track record of leading finance teams and managing transformation projects with proven reputed company managing post-M&A financial process integration, legacy system consolidation, and data harmonization in a reputed company Govcon environment
