Role Summary: The Program Manager will play a critical role in bridging the gaps between Sales, Marketing, and Product Support, making strategic contributions to C-level product strategy discussions. This position involves leading corporate initiatives that encompass everything from business process reengineering to the development and deployment of software and technological solutions. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding our client? success across various industries, optimizing operations, steering client engagements, and shaping product strategies. Key Responsibilities: ?Direct cross-functional teams in the development and launch of enterprise SaaS software and mobile applications. ?Oversee the lifecycle of commercial SaaS software products, from strategy definition to on-time delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives. ?Lead initiatives to optimize internal operations, manage Tier 1 client engagements, and deliver insightful presentations during Quarterly Business Reviews. ?Drive strategic entry and growth across different industries, developing and executing comprehensive strategies, go-to-market plans, and establishing vital processes. ?Implement the organization? inaugural formal product development methodology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across product launches. ?Revamp Quote to Cash operations through detailed business process analysis, leading to notable improvements in efficiency, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction. ?Coordinate the seamless migration of nearly 1,000 customers to a new SaaS platform, underpinning the transition with robust training and support infrastructure. ?Develop sophisticated metrics for Quarterly Business Reviews, setting benchmarks in software development engagements and customer satisfaction. Skills and Qualifications: ?Demonstrated expertise in Product Launch, Product Design, Lifecycle Management, Mobile Technology/Applications, and Statements of Work (SOW). ?Proficiency in Supply Chain Software, Proposal Writing, Solution Implementation, Scrum, and Product Strategy. ?Strong background in Process Optimization, Customer Engagement, Product Requirement Definition, and the development of Key Performance Indicators. ?Leadership skills, coupled with experience in Business Applications, Software Project Management, Professional Services, Product Development, Agile Methodologies, Pre-sales, Project Management, and Product Management. ?Skilled in enhancing product marketing efforts, especially for new launches, including principle photography and creating engaging product literature. ?Capable of developing marketing campaigns for new RFID solutions, conducting market research, and facilitating the initial setup of commercial barcoding devices Apply Job!
