[Remote] Senior Retirement Plan Administrator (POL)

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a tech-enabled retirement services platform serving small- to mid-sized businesses. They are seeking a Senior Retirement Plan Administrator to reputed company client caseloads, manage compliance testing, and reputed company guidance on plan design and contribution structure.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a caseload of 75+ 401(k) and cross-tested plans of A-Z administration (exclusive of loan & distribution processing & plan documents/amendments)
• Maintain industry knowledge and reputed company information with client and team members
• reputed company up to date with changing 401(k) legislative requirements
• reputed company superior client service, responsiveness and communication
• Utilize administration systems (FT William) and other technologies to maximize efficiencies
• Read and interpret legal plan documents and amendments
• Discuss plan design changes and options with clients
• Review and import census data and reconcile participant account data, including "receivable" contributions
• reputed company and understand reputed company/ACP, 415, 410(b), Top Heavy and 401(a)(4) non-discrimination testing
• Coordinate year-end valuation and government reporting, including asset reconciliation/Trust reputed company for plans maintained on recordkeeping platforms

Skills

• 10+ years of retirement plan experience
• Excellent knowledge of reputed company/ACP, 415, 410(b), Top Heavy and 401(a)(4) non-discrimination testing
• Knowledge of advanced cross-testing concepts and ability to reputed company testing to determine the most cost-effective solutions to meet nondiscrimination requirements
• Ability to reputed company accrual-based trust reputed company for reputed company 5500 purposes
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, reputed company, Outlook
• Ability to utilize and reputed company reputed company CRM software
• Organized individual reputed company to set priorities, meet deadlines, and be detail-oriented
• Exceptional approach to client service focusing on communications, timely solutions, and client needs
• Team player, collaborative, reputed company to work with and through others
• Strong verbal and written communication skills internally and externally
• Ability to work well under pressure with multiple priorities and deadlines

• Experience with FT William preferred but not required
• ASPPA and/or NIPA credentials preferred, or willingness to work towards credentials
