Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. 3-5 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role within the healthcare industry. Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SPSS, SQL, Python, R, or SAS. Strong analytical skills with acute attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI preferred. Strong Problem-solving Abilities And Critical Thinking Skills. Familiarity with healthcare quality measures, population health management, and value-based care models is advantageous. Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques is desirable. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. Experience with statistical analysis tools and techniques.
